The Affinity Health System Medical Staff Services department provides services for physicians and allied health professionals at Affinity Medical Group, Calumet Medical Center, St. Elizabeth Hospital Surgery Center, Mercy Medical Center, Network Health Plan and St. Elizabeth Hospital.
